Kolding the 28th of September 2009

Once again I take the privilege to write the letter of the month. The fall is on the way and the trees have begun to shred the leaves and the long nights are on the way.

We have started the bible studies. It will be every fourteen days. Next time it will be on Wednesday the 7^th of October at 7 pm in the Brændkjær church. We had a good brunch fellowship on the 20^th of September, we were around 16 attending the gettogether. Our church service will be on Sunday the 4^th of October at 2 pm at the Kristkirke. Moreover, lecture evening is planned for Friday the 23^rd October at 7 pm.

We are very much looking forward to see you for different activities – specially on this coming Sunday.

Dear friends,

Wish you all a blessed Pentecost. The day of Pentecost is considered as the birthday of the church. The first church was founded at Jerusalem just ten days after the day of Ascension – read Acts of the Apostle, chapter 2.

Dear friends,

Our summer joys are not far away. We have two services - the months of May and June before the summer. And a couple of interesting activities.

The dialogue meeting last Friday the 24th April was an interesting evening. Bishop Steen Skovsgaard and Imam Nveed Baig were the speakers. It was well attended and well debated.

Our next Church Service will be on Sunday the 3rd of May at 2 pm in the Kristkirke. and following the service as usual fellowship hour.

We are planning an interrelifious meeting on Friday the 15th of May at 7 pm in the meeting hall of Brændkjærkirken. Two buddist monks from Sri Lanka will be participating if they are granted the visa.

Please reserve Sunday the 21st of June for our annual excursion. We are looking forward to see you on Sunday an fellowship.

Raj Kumar's wife had her surgery on Saturday the 4th of April, the operation went well, she had her gall bladder removed, she now has to rest. I spoke with Raj today 2009-04-13, she is getting better. Please continue to pray that she will soon recover and be able to join Raj in their work in Katmandu, Nepal.
